1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SpeechStudio (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Single License: One license key is valid for use on up to 2 Mac computers owned by you.
No Reselling: You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software.

3. Intellectual Property

SpeechStudio is owned by Francesco Di Donato. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

4. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. All inquiries regarding payments or orders should be directed to them or our support team.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
